We have a Peptide Discovery Engine that allows us to intelligently design peptides that target the transmembrane domains of pharmacologically relevant receptors involved in key biological processes.
The peptides we design interfere with receptor’s transmembrane interactions and other receptor partners that are responsible for receptor function. Low µM peptide hits go through series of chemistry and pharmacology steps to optimize solubility, potency, and pharmacological relevance in in vitro and in vivo studies to generate lead candidates for formulation and preclinical studies. These peptide therapeutics are highly specific and pharmacologically relevant to mis-regulated receptors involved in pathologies underlying disease.
